Banquet Terms and Conditions

The minimum number of guests for all banquet functions shall be submitted by the Client to the Hotel 1 month prior to the Event and will be regarded as a guarantee.
The final menu choice must be made at the latest 10 working days prior to the beginning of the Event. Working days are considered to be Monday-Friday, except local public holidays. In case there is no menu chosen by the above deadline, the Hotel reserves the right to choose the most appropriate menu according to the Client’s requirements and the agreed budget.
The Client hereby acknowledges and agrees that food and beverage prices are only approximate prices relating to the period when the Contract is signed, therefore the Hotel can guarantee them only for six months following the signature of this Contract. If the Event is not organized within six months of the signature of the Contract, the Client shall agree with the Hotel, no later than three months before the Event is held, on new prices for food and beverage.
All food & beverage rates are subject to a 10% service charge.
